A Southern California native, San Bernardino County Third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe was appointed to the Board of Supervisors in December of 2018. In March of 2020, Dawn was overwhelmingly re-elected by her Third District constituents and began her first four-year term on the Board of Supervisors in December 2020. In January 2023, she was unanimously selected by her colleagues to serve as Chair of the Board for a two-year term.

As a County Supervisor, Dawn is focused on making San Bernardino County a business-friendly environment, improving infrastructure, and strengthening public safety. She is also an off-road enthusiast and is very active in promoting recreation on our public lands.

Prior to joining the Board of Supervisors, Dawn served on the Yucca Valley Town Council from 2010 to 2014.  Dawn is the proud mother of two children, Blake, a graduate of Seton Hall University and Caitlin who recently graduated from the University of Southern California.
