Meet Bazil LaRoche, Senior Accountant at SBCERA.

From a young age, Bazil was drawn to numbers, finance, and problem-solving. Growing up in a small town, he valued community and sought a career where he could make a meaningful impact.

“Joining SBCERA has been the best decision of my career,” Bazil said. “Every day, I come to work knowing that what I do matters, and that’s what drives me.”

As part of SBCERA’s Fiscal Department, Bazil plays a vital role in ensuring that over 16,000 members receive their benefit payments each month.

“Our members depend on us, and we take that responsibility seriously. They deserve reliability and peace of mind,” he said.
