Prior Public Agency Services (PPAS) & Past Ineligible Service

An estimate can be generated in your mySBCERA account instantly by inputting some basic information. Upon viewing your instant estimate, you may decide you want to proceed with purchasing the time. To do so you will need to upload the required documentation first.

Past Ineligible or PPAS Purchases:

• For Past Ineligible Service download the blank Human Resources Certification form first and ensure it is completed by the appropriate party. For Non-Military PPAS Service download the Verification of Employment form and ensure it is completed by the appropriate party.
• Upload the completed forms in response to your request prior to submission. If you are applying for Military Service PPAS, please upload your DD214 form, which you should already have in your possession. 
• Upon submitting your request, SBCERA will prepare your contract and send it to the email address you have on file with SBCERA and your mySBCERA account.
