Our office is open to members and visitors, and staff is working and available to serve you during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm). Any health-related precautions or requirements for visitors will be posted on site.

Forms & Paperwork Drop-Off
We are accepting paperwork in-person at our office during normal business hours. Forms can also be submitted via fax. You can view and download forms from our website by visiting our Forms page or in your mySBCERA account.
After Hours Secure Drop Box
Outside of normal business hours, you can drop off paperwork in our secure drop box located at the main entrance of our office at any time.
Need a Copy of a recent paystub?
Retirees and Beneficiaries—we are not mailing paystubs (also called a pay advice) for your benefit payments, but you can get a copy on mySBCERA. Instructions on how to create a mySBCERA account and access your paystub can be viewed on the How to Access Your Paystubs Instructions.
Retirement Counseling Sessions
One-on-one retirement consultations are available in-person or via phone and Zoom upon request. You can call us at (909) 885-7980, or send us an email at memberservices@SBCERA.org to schedule an appointment.
